We work with any young person within the Southwest who requires additional input, we are able to work with an array of young people due to the bespoke needs-led nature in which we work.
We collaborate with the young person and key stakeholders around the young person to build a program around the young person's interests and aspirations for the future.
In addition to this, we integrate targets from educational health and care plans if applicable.

Where possible we would be more than happy to give input into meetings and share the progress and challenges a young person may be facing at the time.
Our sessions are mobile which enables us to work in the setting of the young persons choosing, we are more than happy to collect a young person from a location such as: School, College or home.
All of our team have an enhanced DBS and the appropriate insurance is in place.
