Where there's an EHCP, its outcomes are built into the programme from the start. That means the work counts towards the annual review rather than sitting alongside it, and you're not left assembling evidence in the fortnight before the meeting.
The log tells you what happened. If you want to talk it through before a review, or something's changed and you need to think it out loud with someone, ring us.
We see a version of the young person that school and home don't get to see. Where we can, we'll be there to share it.
